The room was spacious. The amenities in the room were good. The overall atmosphere was relaxing.
The shower only produced cold water after I turned on the hot water switch. The USB port on the wall was loose. It was difficult to charge devices properly because of that.

I wasn't thrilled about the lack of hot water in the shower. it was more like a cold drizzle than a proper shower, and the water pressure was terrible. the beds were also pretty hard. It reminded me of sleeping on a plank. i think i could have slept better on the floor.

Fantastic Stay Near the Park

I found the staff helpful. I enjoyed the resort area, offering numerous attractions and shops. The hotel's proximity to the expansive park was a definite plus. A free shuttle takes guests from Downtown East to Pasir Ris MRT Station I thought that was very convenient. I also got an early check-in with great assistance from the staff. Everything went super smoothly.
Minimalist rooms are provided. No glasses are available for drinking water.

Many cuisine options were available at the mall near the hotel. It made dining very convenient. There was also a supermarket there. It was very helpful. I appreciated that convenience and diversity.

The water park next door provided an excellent way to cool off in the tropical heat. It was easily accessible. Renting a bike to ride around the resort and along the coast offered a fun activity .

The check-in was easy and friendly. The staff worked with us for an early check-in. That was very convenient. Staff service was prompt and excellent overall.
